Resource Team Assessments

Resource Teams, led by New Mexico MainStreet Director Rich Williams, were assembled consisting of approximately 15 professionals in the fields of MainStreet, arts, culture, tourism, historic preservation, planning, and urban design. The Teams were then divided into four breakout groups to gather information and assess each community’s strengths. These breakout groups reviewed cultural planning, marketing and promotion, physical planning and design, capacity building, and finance, compiling the information in the Research Team Assessment reviews.
